Sony Walkman NW-E serie SonicStage replacement

I recently bought a Sony Walkman NW-E105 MP3 player.

However, SonicStage is an horrible application: it is slow, hard to use, and sometimes erases some files because of some mis-sincying.

After some google-search, I found these 2 replacements for SonicStage:

• NW-E00x Mp3 File Manager (OpenSource, available @ SourceForge)
  Which is quite good, but a little bit tricky. However, it supports podcasts, which neither SonicStage neither the application below support.
• MP3 File Manager
  Original from Sony, it is just a small application to transfer files. A sort of small GUI of the NW-E transfer API.
  (If you need only to transfer files, I would suggest this one!)
