Resetting Windows Vista offline files

I can’t delete an offline file cache. The solution is resetting the offline files db:

Add the FormatDatabase registry entry to the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Csc\
Parameters
Then, set the FormatDatabase registry entry to 1.

If the key Parameters does not exist, create it; then create a DWORD entry for FormatDatabase.

The restart the computer.
